Sales department never answers or calls back
<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I have been trying to get a hold of the Telkom sales department on 10213 and they don't answer! I have called other telkom numbers, they answer but can't assist. I have logged 3 times for them to call me back. Can someone from sales please just phone me!!! </span></p>
I am still waiting for someone to get back to me! I have been holding on the phone for over an hour for someone to answer then I ran out of airtime. Can someone please call me!!!

I am still waiting!!!! Can someone phone me! I can believe your service! I have done an application online that was one the 28th of last month! I went into the store and they said they done sell what I want in stores anymore even though your add says you can walk into the store and walk out with the product! If you don't want to phone me I will go to someone else because of this is the service you give what will happen when I need something serviced!!! I don't know how else to get through to Telkom anymore! It seems like Telkom doesn't care if they give bad service or not!! I have never seen such bad service!!! Can someone phone me by today or must I take my business somewhere else?
