Sales department is horrible

I called on the 28th December 2017 and app**** for an IPhone SE which I was told it was approved. So somehow my employment details were not verified and my application was declined... so I waited for this sms which I never received. called back on the 2nd to enquire and was told that it has been referred to back office.. today is the 8th and still no Sms or email have been sent, I'm not even getting feedback that your busy with my application. I get referred to different numbers when I call, so now I'm wondering if telkom even wants my money because it seems like your okay with losing out on a client. your products are affordable and cheap, but you need to get your house in order
