Sales department are ***********

I tried to upgrade one of my Telkom lines from a 4 mb to a 10 mb. I already have another line with Telkom of 40 mb. I told the sales lady to please only upgrade the telephone number i gave her and leave the other line alone. I have now had the 40 mb line downgraded to 10 mb. My 4 mb is still 4mb and after 5 telephone calls over 2 weeks this has not been resolved. Sales and Technical departments pass you from one to another. I am still being charged for a 40 mb line but don't receive it. This has to be the worst service i have ever received.
