Sales consultant threats

<p>I received a call from Telkom this morning to sale me their better deal for my business line. I told them I hardly makes any calls out therefor don't need his service. Then he told me if he can cancel my line then, as i don't use it and hanged up on me. I expect a apology from telkom side and stop bothering me with promotion calls. I am annoyed and I am disgusted. If they really do cancel my line, I believe I would be very happy to more to other providers.</p>
