Sales cannot help with a sale??? ***
<p>So 2 days ago I app**** for uncapped witless online, they called me back and I missed the call, I try calling in wasting a while 35 minutes of cellular airtime toget told that sales cannot help me with a sale. Unfortunately I miss the next 2 calls and discover that online chat sales also cannot help with a sale and they tell me to call 081180, 25 minutes later I get told that it is 10213s problem, call them back and same story again after 45 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>So all in all 1h45m wasted to get told by sales that they can't help with a sales query, someone needs to call me, unlucky me that I have a job that I earn money at, the same money I use to pay telkom and am unable to sit next to my phone for 10 hours a day waiting for someone to maybe call me, forgoing any bathroom, coffee or snack break because you know what, when telkom calls they do not even bother letting it ring long enough for my ring tone to even kick in.</p> <p> </p> <p>You would think a company would actually like to make money and would therfore all them to call a sales department and buy something. The customer only held on for 45 minutes for the privilege of being told sales cannot help with a sale. Makes perfect sense.</p>
