Sales - approved application but no delivery

Early July I app**** for a cellphone contract online. I was later contacted by a call centre agent who completed my application and confirmed that it was approved and my device will be delivered to me but nothing happened until 2 weeks ago I received another call from a sales agent offering me a contract deal for a Huawei tablet which I accepted and deal was approved. I was told the item will be delivered to me within 5 to 7 working days. That has passed and still nothing has happened. I told them about my previous application and they advised me that there was no records of that on their system. <br> <br> Today I decided to call Telkom Mobile about my new Huawei tablet and to my surprise, the lady couldn't pick up anything on the system with my id number. She contacted both cell direct and telkom direct and still nothing. She told me she required an order number which I didn't have. <br> <br> This has gotten me very worried now as I don't understand how I can have the same problem with the same company twice. Is this a ********** matter? Are people contacting customers fronting as Telkom Mobile? <br> <br> Please contact me urgently as I am starting to doubt your company now.<br>
