Sales agent lying to make a sale

Your agent last week sold me a device on contract by purposefully lying. I spoke to a manager yesterday who claimed to try and assist and nothing up to now. Today for last 2 hours I keep being transferred 10213 and 081180 lines, consultants from each department referring me to use the other number and no one is taking responsibility to acknowledge your mess or try fix it. You have till this afternoon to call otherwise I will be instructing you to collect your device and cancel the contract, I can't be so inconvenienced to correct your mess. ***
