Sales Agent harassment

Since Telkom has layed there fibre line within the Retreat area. We have had sales agent constantly knocking on our door. I have been polite to decline there offer as im not interested. Unfortunately it has now gotten worse and one of the agents told me that they will not stop until I sign. This is surely now harassment. Does your agent not hold record on who they asked and who declined. Have u not done your homework and know that most of the retreat area already have internet with another service provider which is cheaper and reliable.

Telkom please educate your sales agents and also start holding record of which homes that declined your services. Also educate them as screaming down the road is not the best of ways to sell your product.
