I app**** online for a cell phone contract last week Tuesday and I still have not received the package yet. I called in and waited almost 30 minutes to speak to someone after speaking to 3 agents who referred me to 2 of your sales companies who both told me that they can't pick up my application on their ssystems yet a debit orsee with the *** already deducted from my account.
