Sale lady unprofessional service.

Good day All. I am so disappointed by the service I received from Telkom, Pavillion Mall Kimberley. I purchased a Samsung A54 and I wanted to take it as a package with a Samsung watch of which was on promotion, but unfortunately, the watches were out of stock. I then requested the sales lady to find out which branches have watches in the Free State and her answer was: I am not allowed to sell a product that is not in store. I must get both products at the same time and most of the stores in SA dont have stock of watches. I find this very unprofessional of the lady s service cause I feel like my consumer rights were violated. The advert clearly stated the promotion in colorful print. I thought the main objective of companies is to generate income. I am kindly requesting this issues to be addressed. I took a phone due to the mere fact that I desperately needed a new phone as the one I have been using is in a bad state. I would still like to take the watch as part of my contract. Thank you!
