Said Our 3 Telkom Contract Phones Had to be moved to new system now 25 hours laters still no service

A Mr Ndo Motumi from www.bcx.co.za phoned us stating that Telkom needs to move our 3 contract numbers to a new system and they would do the transfer after hours and it would only take 10 minutes. After we approved it on that condition only, all three numbers stopped working immediately and 25 hours later still no service.

We have contacted Mr Ndo how many times and nothing happens. We run a Rehab and those numbers are crucial and even responsible for saving lives.
