Sad state of Telkom Accounts Department

On 6 August 2021 I received my monthly statement with an amount of R 958.00 to be paid on 27 August 2021. On 24 August 2021 I received an sms stating I will only be paying R 559.00. On 28 August 2021 the stop order went off for R 958.00. How sad that Telkom Accounts cant get it right!
