Sabeliwe - Disgusting Attitude

Absolutely disgusting service from a Customer Service Agent named Sabeliwe from Telkom Mobile.

I called in to make enquiries about my data rates and also ask for assistance with downloading an app, but the Service Agent was so rude, she responded as if she had no business being there and had the nerve to cut the call in my ear when I questioned her shot attitude.

I would not recommend Telkom Mobile to anybody if this is the kind of treatment that customers get when calling in to ask for help.

I suggest this agent finds something else to do because she clearly does not want to be there.
