S129 notice issued after payment made

On 25th of January, I checked my app and found that I needed to pay an amount of R1757 for my two contracts.

I made payment using my card on the 26th on the app, the money went off my account and customer care says payment was received on 27/01.

On 30/01 I received a S129 notice from Nudebt demanding that the same amount be paid

Very disappointed!
