S-pen missing from my tablet and it was given in with the tablet for repair

My tablet was sent in to Mall of Africa telkom store for repairs . The lady said I should keep my sim and micro sd , which I understand they can loose . So after a month I return on a weekend , last weekend 19th August a Sunday as I work every other day . My tablet is ready for collection , so I inspected it . Knowing telkoms reputation this cant be smooth sailing something must be wrong and flipped the tablet , S-Pen is missing big gaping gap . So I'm like wheres my S-pen . The gentleman shows me on my form no accessories handed in . I'm like that's not an accessory it comes with my phone hence i didn't remove it when handed in . So i refused to accept my tablet in that condition and he said he will have the technician "Given" call me , to date no call or sms .
