Rustenburg CBD Telkom claims they can't supply services

<p>I live at 140 Leyds street. Block of flats. Myself amd neighbours all app**** for telkom lines a number of times. Telkom keeps saying they have no lines to the building. Its Rustenburg CBD not rural. Can't understand why they can't provide lines. We all want telkom lines and internet. Can someone please assist with the issue?</p>
