Running promos they can't keep

Telkom is currently running a promotion for the T.K.O on mo'nice were one can buy data or talk minutes and after you can predict the number of goals for that round and they say they'll multiply whatever you bought by the number of goals scored if your prediction is correct. Well on the 18th of October I bought data through mo'nice and predicted that they'll be more than 6 goals scored for that round and there were more than 6 goals scored as predicted. I was happy that I got it right, it's been 2 weeks now and telkom still hasn't rewarded me for my correct prediction and I called the call centre on the 29th of October to inquire about this and got no answers and was given a case number and was told that they're sending my case to their data department and was told that they'll get to me within 72 hours, well I'm still waiting even today. Telkom is cheating us and make promises they can't keep, they run a promotion and can't keep up when they suppose to deliver.
