RUN AWAY FROM TELKOM CONTRACT

This company doesn't even deserve a star, it is the worst company ever!!! The BIGGEST **** 🚮. So i took a contract in January towards month end. The offer was great and I immediately app**** via Facebook. Received a call from 1 of their consultant, we did everything over the phone. But a lot was not explained to me. Each month I would find out something new. 1st month i was debited on the date we did not agree onand was charged which was their mistake. I fought and it was fixed. Second month the installment changed, i never ran out of the data instead I'd carry over to the loaded 1.

Me saying Telkom is a **** is that it attracts people with lies advertising cheap offers that becomes a stress each month. I made an agreement for a R289 contract each month for 24 months, but I never knew the installment would increase each and every month. I started seeing people complaining on the comments about the same thing. I ended up being told my installment was increased without my knowledge. If if was not R344, it would be R480, or R657 even R800.

So i decided to cancel my contract with them in July, I've tried to communicate with them every where but they are taking me from pilar to post. Called and the lady on the phone was rude, i DMed and the told me to go to the store as the don't do things over the phone.

Telkom refuses to cancel the debit order on their site, they are still billing me and tries to debit every week. Whenever I communicate they say the account is not with them. This is really costing me bank charges. On top of that their network is the worst. Now it says i owe them R1834 😳. I wrote about this of Facebook and a lot of people were commenting and complaining about the ame thing.

Telkom is selling people lies! Their consultants don't share enough information except for the installment and allocated data. Telkom has hidden fees you get to find about each month. I was told what I saw increased yet they are still advertising and selling the same offer... Kindly assist me so this company can stop billing me unnecessarily and need them to cancel that debit order
