RUN AWAY FROM TELKOM CELLPHONE CONTRACTS!!!!

Run away as fast as you can from Telkom cellphone contracts. They handed me over to debt collectors R392.20 of which am not liable for. In 2023 they started billing me for phones i never received and i kept on calling to try and sort out the issue it took them 7 months in sorting it out. I also informed them that I will be stopping the debit order and pay by hand as they have been debiting the incorrect amount. I have been doing that for almost a year and nobody bothered to contact me and advised me otherwise. Suddenly in February they started debiting my account again after I paid them now they want me to pay the reversal fee , how when i have been paying by hand for almost a year and have informed them? Worst service ever . NEVER AGAIN!!
