Run around service

I called 13 times between Thursday 20th & Friday 21st. (Proof available) & was given a run around by *********** people who don't know anything about technical issues & they were all just guess working.

In one of my calls I was told to go into a walk in store which i did at the benoni lake store only to be told we don't have technicall staff here anymore. What a shame, I was told to call 180 and I will be assisted. I was not assisted in the first place.

Wow, What good service. Keep it up.
