Rumors about Telkom service are all TRUE!!!!

<p>App**** for a ADSL line 2 months ago via internet, contact centre phoned me placed the order and didn't hear from them for a month!!! Phoned in and they couldn't get my order!!! Placed another one on the 23rd June 2016. Phoned on 12 July 2016 to get a progress report and they said there is no adsl lines and they will only be submitting the project request end of the month!!!! So I have to wait another 2 weeks to find out if they approve the line installation, what if they don't!!!! Poor service, poor business sense and looks like the adds on TV about connecting South Africa are all lies!! </p>
