Ruining my payment profileprofile

Telkom has been debiting my account on a wrong date . I wouldn't advise people to use telkom they are a bunch of *********** people who don't know what they are doing . I regret having contracts with them. They are ruining my profile debiting my account before the agreement date they don't even have options . they don't even go an extra mile for customers. The team leaders lack customer service skills they need training(Tumelo madisha . I'm really dislike telkom.
