Ruined my future

They don't even deserve 1 star. Before tying this I was reading other reviews to see if they were people that had a similar issue to mine. The first one that popped up was similar. 3 years ago I was ****** at knife point. Phone.. wallet.. everything taken from me. Next day I go to telkom for assistance. I pay insurance so all should be sorted. First they tell me to contact them directly which makes no sense as I pay telkom and they work with the 3rd party. Then I send through police report.. case no etc to the insurance company and 3 months down the line no reply. I tell telkom to cancel my account cos I refuse to pay for something I dont have. I dont hear from anyone for 3 years. Now I am trying to by a house with my partner and upon requesting my credit report.. telkom has blacklisted me.. but here is the not so funny bit.. they did this 2 months ago (may 2020) when all this happened in 2017. HOW ON EARTH. I DONT HEAR FROM YOU FOR 3 YEARS NOW YOU TRYING TO RUIN MY LIFE. I'm taking this straight to court.
