Ruined my credit record

I cancelled my line in December of 2017, after months of fighting and over 30 emails, they finally admitted they wrongfully charged me and cancelled my line.

They also promised it would be removed from my credit record, problem is - they haven't! Which means I now cannot get the credit I need to purchase a home for my family.
