Rudness of Telkom call centre

I have a contract with telkom and I struggle to get assistance regarding it even decided to go to mall of africa Africa and to my surprise a totally different outstanding amount I decided to call and the Now when I call the auto speaker gave me another totally different amount, got through to a consultant by the name of Precious Dube who was extremely rude to the extent where she advised me that she can’t help me and dropped the call so tell me Is this the way telkom trains their staff to communicate with staff cause this is not the first time I experienced a rude consultant when I call Telkom? I NEED ASSISTANCE WITH MY ACCOUNT!!!
