Rudest staff

<p>We are struggling with a scratching sound on our landline (so bad that you can hardly hear the person calling you or vise versa) and we had Telkom at our residence to look at the prblem already, last resort we went to the Kolonnade Retail Park's Telkom outlet. Hoping to be successfull, in lodging our problem. First we had to sit on the dirtiest chairs in history, those chairs need a proper cleaning ASAP. Waited in an unorganised line (that has no flow of first come first served), then the one sales lady talked to us (all clients sitting in line) in the rudest manner possible about how we must stop pasing her work effort/speed and that she is waiting for the client to come back with stuff he needed. We waited for quite few minutes, while she finished embarrassing us, she proceeded to stare at the cars outside. I was with my mom, she felt so embarrassed she suggested that we should rather leave, seeing that our visit to Telkom will resort to nothing with such terrible staff. Not even making an effort to greet paying customers. I will even tell her to her face how rude</p>
