Rude Telkom manager Hayfields Mall

I had an unfortunate incident with the manager at Telkom Hayfields Mall today. The floor assistants were excellent! However, I had to repeat my very simple query 8 times, to 3 different people. I was patient. I was polite. Eventually the manager came out with a boulshy aggressive manner. She all but shouted at me. My patience dissolved very quickly after being spoken to so rudely and I started showing frustration. She reprimanded me like a child, shouted at me again for being rude and then very self-righteously walked away saying she had better things to do than help me.

Why are there websites called hellcom? Doesn't that tell you something? Why does a simple query have to become such an ugly ugly experience!!! She deserves to be fired.
