Rude Telkom Consultant

Nonduduso Cele is a customer "care" consultant at Telkom. She is very rude and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! Telkom has not been empathetic to their clients at all during this time and consultants like her have just made the experience that much unpleasant.
