Rude Telkom Consultant!

I had the worst encounter with a consultant by the name of Silingiwe Makhanya. Was requesting to cancel my wifi with Telkom only because I had moved and my new place doesn’t have the telephone lines I initially used. I have been calling since 31 Jan and all consultants were adverting me to call the next day due to their systems being down. After explaining to Slingiwe the reason for the change and how long I’ve been trying to cancel the account she told me I would still be billed and there’s nothing she can do about it because I have no reference number and **** and said there is nothing on the system. I later asked for her manager assuming maybe they would understand the matter of not getting a reference number, she continued telling me I have no proof that I called to cancel neither does she, and her manager will tell me the same thing. Called again and the gentleman who assisted me informed me the system shows that I did intact call in Jan and was assisted by N.Mogoto. I have never dealt with such a rude consultant from Telkom.
