Rude Telkom Chat consultant -Lindiwe Malindi

Good day I am dissapointed with the service i received yestersday from one of the Telkom chat agents, her name is Lindiwe Constance Malindi. She was quite rude and dismissive throughout the call which is rather unusual as always receive good service from their chat agents, before concluding the call i asked if she could provide me with her manager's email address or contact number and she just hung up the conversation.
