Rude Telkom call center attendant

I loaded airtime and it wasn't reflecting, I phoned their call center and their assistant by the name of Nombulelo was very very rude, failed to understand that I had loaded airtime and was unable to use it and cut my call while giving me an attitude. I don't even think they have a supervisor that track's the feedback you are expected to give at the end of a call.
