Rude Telkom agents

Worse service ever, on 23 February Sunday Telkom network at Cofimvaba disappeared, nobody could use their data, especially LTE data, I called them on Monday morning explaining the situation I was promised a phone call, I didn't happen, I logged on to their X page, nobody is disgustingly annoying as their rep on Twitter, when I told him that I can't use that link I don't know how, he moved me straight to chat box, how am I supposed to talk to chatbox and have a thorough explanation, and after that I was fully ignored on Twitter by Telkom, even after telling them on Twitter i really cant use their link im unable to, I don't know how to, i gave them options on how we can GPS each other, till today, even on Tuesday I called explaining the same situation amd I was also promised a phone call, still nothing, I bought gigs that I can't use with money and Telkom is ignoring me.
