Rude Telkom Agent

I received a call from phone number *** on 24 October 2023 at 15:18 from a Telkom agent offering me a cellphone contract. I nicely told the lady that I cannot afford to take a contract as I am only left with R5 when I do my monthly budget. I also mentioned that I had received a call from Telkom yesterday at 15:56 from phone number *** on 23 October 2023 and I had already explained to the lady that I cannot afford. She told me that I am speaking this into existence (insinuating that it is untrue). She then went on to offer me a contact for R60, even when I told her that I actually used a calculator, but she stood by her words that I am speaking all this into existence. This is painful especially because I was actually telling the truth, my financial situation is bad, but its even worse when someone uses such hurtful words on me, to make me feel bad. I found this very disturbing and insensitive. Her last statement was that I should take my R5 and go buy airtime at the store...then she hanged up on me. Please Telkom, don't call me again... only call rich people.
