Rude telkom agent

I was unable to load data onto my Sim card. I was told, rudely, that the contract isn't a top contract. I had previously been able to load data onto my contract and the agent was rude and adament that this was impossible even though i have proof (from my bank account history). So glad that my contract is ending with them. Will think twice before considering any contract with them in the future
