Rude Supervisor

My fine was ****** Friday i went and bought anotjer one since i had a very important meeting on Saturday little did i know that Telkom requires a person to go their shop have proof of Residence ID the works i went to Middelburg with a proof of residence that had my ****en surname i told them the sense if urgency the stunking service i received from both the Supervisor and the lady at the help they said i shouldnt come there with my frustrations as they are working and do not have time to nurse my feelings whatever im facing is none of their business i should just go to the manucipality and get a proof of residence yes i did have one and it was Saturday the one i had was more than 3 months old the pain the suffering i endured bcz of telkom not wanting to give me my number back i lost on a big deal bcz of proof of residence the coldness i received from their customer services agent in Middelburg Mall i will never forget.
