If you don’t know what to say , then please keep your lips close firstly I don’t know who you addressing as nomasonto because that’s not my name, its good to be stupid because we get smart people like you to always remind us about our stupidity, secondly if you where as smart as you think you are you would have known that I am in the cancellation department and I did as you requested, billing issues has nothing to do with me, so that you know your contract was cancelled along time ago and you should contract the billing department

This is the response I got from Telkom staff member after I enquired why she didn't close my account. I'm a client and this is shocking. After she ignored my emails for 2 months.
