Rude staff member shouting to clients

Rude staff member - Logan Scheepers - shouting and screeming to me. <br> Please listen to Logan's unprofessional way of answering the phone and her irritated way of speaking to clients / me, when I made a call to your service dept to updgrade my Home internet service on *** . Without any warning she drop the call and it went through to you techinical area.<br> I had to hold on for +- 40 min and phone 10210 3 x times. <br> I was eventialy assisted by Mia - a very pleasant girl.
