Rude Staff and Unacceptable Service at Telkom Cresta

I rushed from work to the Telkom store at Cresta to book my phone in for repairs before they closed. When I arrived, I was told the only person who could help was on lunch, and nobody else — not even the manager, who wasn’t in-store — could assist me. I was told I needed to be “considerate” of the staff member’s lunch break, even though the store was open and I needed service.

After about 10 minutes, the staff member came back but chose to help someone else before me, despite me waiting. The staff were rude and dismissive, and I couldn’t book my phone in as I had to leave.

I’m extremely disappointed in the poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
