Rude staff

I was assisted by the guy who did not even tell me his name at 19.43 the guy was very rude to me he has no listening skill he does not care about client lake of knowledge Telkom should not keep people like him i have a problem with my Rutter they is no network so I wanted help that guy is not good for business
