Rude shop assistant

<p>I went to the Telkom store at Vaal Mall to request a receipt/proof of payment for the last three (3) payments made on my Telkom Mobile account. I was "assisted" by a very unprofessional individual who told me that they only do sales and do not assist existing customers. May I please request for proof of payment for the last 3 payments made on my Telkom account to be emailed to me. A letter of apology from the Vaal Mall store manager(ess) for the atrocious service received at his/her store would also be appreciated. </p>
