Rude Shimane Mkhize

Hi I went to Jabulani mall today was unfortunately assisted by Shimane Mkhize.,and wow what a rude, egotistical and disgusting this guy was to me. He firstly had his head sets on he was definitely listening to music, I asked him to please check when my number is due for an upgrade the guy was busy greeting people passing by the window which I assume are his friends.I asked hin if he can advise if I can cancep a contract in the store or should I call the call centre. He rudely says I'M still checking when your upgrade is due and me answering your second question it won't be nice his exact words not mine. I said do you have a problem with multi tasking? Can you not answer my question and check what I asked you the same time but you can greet youf friends who are passing by. This idiot says no I can't. I then turn my camera on and he starts to panick and blocks with his hand and asks me what am I doing I told him I'm recording you, you are rude and unprofessional and I'm going to report you. I then left please do something about this guy his an imbecile. Mind you he still had his headsets on the whole time.
