Rude Service Telkom Shop Tygervalley

After our whole town being without landline and adsl for 5 days now. I visit the Telkom Shop in Tygervalley to try and get some feedback and some sort of help to get service so I can work.

The lady that assisted me Chanelle Geldenhuys was beyond sarcastic. Rolling her eyes at me, laughing at me when I demanded service and my line to be restore basically informing it is my problem and I should go phone the call centre. She was openly mocking me until another employee told her to be quiet.

I asked to speak to the manager but was informed that he left early for the day. Mr Emile du Preez. They also refused to contact him or informed me that I was welcome to stay at the shop and sleep there till he comes back to work.

Telkom, my question is, is this how you treat valued customers? Mocking them and being masters at sarcasm when we demand service paid for?

I wish to lay formal charges against Chanelle Geldenhuys - she needs a disciplinary hearing. I also expect feedback on the matter as well as remuneration for service not received.
