Rude service staff at HATFIELD

I ordered a WIFI router online. It was delivered to me (5 days late),without a SIM card. I called numerous times to have it sorted out and finally decided to go to a store when I was not assisted. The staff at the Hatfield store, specifically Joyce Kgaodi was very rude and refused to assist me. They handed me a phone and said to call their call centre, which I did. The call centre agent wanted to speak to the staff, but they refused. None of the staff in the store was willing to assist me with my request. I still don't have a SIM card. I am very disappointed with TELKOM in general. Very poor service!!!
