Rude service from Iyanzi Mcondo

I am trying to do an upgrade,yesterday i called an agent by the name of Iyanzi Mcondo ,does the whole process and the line cuts and she didnt call back.So this morning i called 10213 and was told there is no upgrade captured on my profile ,so i went online and did the upgrade and Leonie called me and said there is an upgrade processed order number ***-A.So the agent Iyanzi calls me and 15mins on the line processing the delivery address and tells me no stock and cuts the line,absolutely rude and no customer ethics at all yet Leonie assisted in such a professional manner trying to assist.All i need to do is a simple upgrade and i am being thrown from pillar to post .
