Rude service consultant Fourways Crossing

<p>I generally find it amusing how I am almost always confused for a foreign national but it is a whole other story when I give a service consultant information that clearly suggests I'm not and they gossip about me in their mother tongue right there instead of asking me if the information is correct. It is quite offensive and unnecessary. I am standing right in front of you. Probe me. Don't be presumptuous. Its extremely rude Telkom you need to train some of your people on soft s****s. My experience at the Telkom store in Fourways Crossing was disgusting to say the least.</p>
