Rude service

Good Morning, My brother's portable wifi was ****** together with the Contract sim card which is telkom. We reported the matter at Jabulani mall Telkom and got assisted by Clement on 2019/09/26 he said he will get back to us before 2019/10/02 , we decided to call Clement and get feedback since he was silent about the matter ,the guy was so rude that he even told me that "why should he block the sim card cause it's not mine" . I'm not happy with the attitude I got from your members of your stuff and I was never assisted . Today 2019/10/07 I called and a lady by the name of Neo said she is failing to assist me I should go elsewhere.

We regret signing a contract with Telkom and you will be deducting money this month yet you are failing to help us solve the problem.

I honestly hope u will be able to resolve this problem for us.
