Rude Service Agent

I was querying a payment that didn't reflect in a statement, call centre agent called me at 16:32 from my Telkom number ***. She was chewing a gum in my ear and made me go through all the information meanwhile she hadn't accessed my account. Once she accessed my account she didn't was to listen to what I was trying to explain to her but tell me what she thought I needed to hear. She got frustrated because she didn't comprehend what was written in the statements, instead she got frustrated and shouted at me. It's unfortunate that I didn't get her name but I am sure Telkom can see from the records who it was.
