Rude Salesperson/ Team Leader: Missing Child case

I am in distress. My niece has been missing for 3 days. We called telkom customer care , seeking assistance in tracing her phone and the last numbers she was in contact with before she went missing. The customer care representative advised that we need to go to a branch and they would be able to assist further with a print out of her last communication on her phone. The uncle and a police officer went to a Telkom branch at Maponya mall. Firstly, they were assisted by a rude salesperson, who advised that they won't be able to assist with tracking her phone because her phone is not on contract, the Uncle and the Police officer than advised that my niece is missing and could be in serious danger. The sales person advised that they could not check her last contacts because the phone and sim card is under my niece's name, she would have to give permission. The Uncle and police officer advised that my niece is a minor who is only 16 years old, and the Uncle is her guardian and therefore he has the authority to ask and receive such information. The sales representative was rude and kept shouting 'we can't help you, we can't help you. she didn't even have a name tag. When the Uncle and police officer asked for a team leader, the rude salesperson advised that they are the Team Leader... Another salesperson approached and advised it's possible to track but it's a long process. I am appalled by the first salesperson's attitude in this delicate matter. We still don't have a way forward.
