Rude operator and telkom *****

What a rude operator Hugen or Yuken whatever your name is, hanging up the phone on the customer just because I did not want to have a contract anymore on my wifi and wanted the package to be prepaid. It's sad that Telkom has staff like you to serve us. Very disappointed Telkom you can miss money. You guys are **********, making me pay the original amount of the contract and yet my contract has been paid up with the device and I should be paying for what I use, but you still debiting the original amount of the contract wow. This is not over you will pay me back my money.
