Rude Online Chat staff member

I used the online chat feature on your website and selected "Product Enquiry" The guy chatting to me told me that you don't use the chat online for sales. So why is there a Product enquiry options if I can'y enquire about a product? The first time I tried, the guy just plainly disconnected me. When I requested a new guy, I got the same person. After asking some questions, he just ignored me and eventually just disconnected me. I don't understand why you would treat your potential customers like this. Last week I also made a product enquiry over this chat service and the person assisted me with a lot of information regarding one of your products. I think this Mashudu person just didn't want to help me. He should not be in a client service role. It degrades your image even further.
